- The Bognor Regis Time Portal is a free to use, immersive experience created by local artist Matt Reed.
- Using augmented reality technology, the portal allows the public a glimpse of life in the 19th century, with a life-sized hologram of a Victorian celebrity: Mary Wheatland. Alongside her are recreations of wooden bathing machines that once lined the beach, brought back in three dimensions for the public to explore.
- As of 2025, the portal has attracted over 20,000 interactions and has been covered by several media outlets across the UK. It was also recently shortlisted for the prestigious Auggie Awards in California.
